1. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized solutions to clients.
5. Initiate and maintain contact with clients, fostering personal relationships and loyalty.
6. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand ethos.
7. Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to maintain sufficient inventory.
9. Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
10. Utilize the iPOS tool to update client data and build clientele through various engagement activities.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
