Parfums Christian Dior Beauty Consultant

- Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets while promoting the brand and providing personalized luxury service to customers.
- Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and gain new clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a luxury standard of service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Propose personalized products to clients and initiate contact with them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure sufficient levels.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
- Utilize the customer database on ipos to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Creative with the ability to recreate the emotions encapsulated by fragrances.
- Tenacious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Driven and results-oriented, seeking ways to grow the business through events and counter activity.
- Self-confident with strong selling skills to engage with customers.
- Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance of Parfums Christian Dior.
Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
