1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets while promoting the brand and providing personalized luxury service to customers.
2. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and gain new clients.
3. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a luxury standard of service.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
5. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
6. Propose personalized products to clients and initiate contact with them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure sufficient levels.
11. Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
12. Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
13. Utilize the customer database on ipos to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
