1. Collaborate with the Sell Out Performance Manager and Counter Manager to optimize counter performance.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of Dior's product features.
3. Advise and sell products following Dior's sales ceremony, ensuring exceptional customer service.
4. Monitor and achieve established sales targets.
5. Enhance brand loyalty and awareness among consumers.
6. Verify stock and materials necessary for promotional actions and animations.
7. Maintain brand image in accordance with Merchandising Department guidelines.
8. Foster positive relationships with store teams during visits.
9. Complete reports accurately and timely as requested.
10. Monitor and report on competitor activities, including special actions, launches, and discounts.
11. Provide feedback on actions taken, suggesting improvements and new animations or tools.

1. Professional training in Personal Image
2. Additional training in Makeup or Aesthetics
3. At least 5 years of experience as a beauty advisor working with sales targets and KPIs
4. Full availability to travel
5. High proficiency in English
