1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading customer relations both locally and internationally.
2. Sell Dior products and deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Educate customers about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
4. Available to work Monday to Sunday in various shifts.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.
