1. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and attract new clients.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
3. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
4. Engage in cross-category selling to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products to offer personalized recommendations.
6. Initiate client interactions and build personal relationships to foster loyalty.
7. Introduce clients to the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
8. Educate clients about Parfums Christian Dior products and brand values.
9. Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor and report stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory.
11. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
12. Update client data and sales information in the iPOS tool.
13. Utilize the customer database to build clientele through calls, events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
