- Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
- Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
- Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire clients.
- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty through the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update client data and sales information using the ipos tool.
- Develop and utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Creative ability to evoke emotions through fragrance.
- Tenacity to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented with a focus on business growth.
- Self-confidence in approaching and engaging with customers.
- Strong selling skills.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
