1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
2. Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
3. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire clients.
4. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and link sell across categories.
5. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
6. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
7. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
9. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
10. Update client data and sales information in the ipos tool.
11. Utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
