1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.
3. Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
5. Master brand, category, and competition knowledge.
6. Develop durable relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely.
7. Engage new clients to the brand through genuine human interaction.
8. Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
9. Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, clienteling, develop client loyalty, and take actions.
10. Utilize Ipos, Inforware, and other Dior retail tools.
11. Operate cash registers and close daily revenues as applicable.
12. Manage supply chain operations, stock management, inventories, and replenishments.
13. Monitor shelves inventory and display new products as needed.
14. Manage demand, including out-of-stock lists and weekly call briefs to CM/RM.
15. Apply merchandising guidelines.
16. Regularly monitor stock levels and report insufficient stock.
17. Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
18. Maintain good relationships with retailers.
19. Respect corporate and counter rules, including attendance, punctuality, and Dior grooming guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or services.
2. Basic knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application is a plus.
3. Interest in luxury and beauty sectors.
