Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs.
- Develop durable relationships with existing clients and engage new clients.
- Register clients’ data and ensure reachability.
- Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic and client loyalty.
- Operate cash registers and manage supply chain operations.
- Monitor shelves inventory and display new products.
- Respect corporate and counter rules and Dior grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
- Result-oriented
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop oneself
- Focused and business-oriented
- Charismatic and persuasive salesperson
- Good cosmetic know-how and make-up skills
- Good computer skills
- Good oral and written English skills
- Danish language is mandatory
