1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service, following the brand's D.I.O.R. method.
3. Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
5. Develop durable relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interaction.
6. Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
7. Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, clienteling, and develop client loyalty.
8. Operate cash registers and manage daily revenues, if applicable.
9. Manage supply chain operations, including stock management and replenishments.
10. Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed.
11. Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain good relationships with retailers.
12. Respect corporate and counter rules, including attendance, punctuality, and grooming guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Result-oriented with excellent sales and communication skills.
2. Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop oneself.
3. Focused and business-oriented with a charismatic and persuasive sales approach.
4. Good cosmetic know-how and makeup skills.
5. Proficiency in computer skills.
6. Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty sector is required.
