- Optimize both quantitative and qualitative performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and address client needs and expectations.

- Execute CRM activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
- Participate in local actions and commercial animations as an ambassador of Dior.
- Conduct fragrance consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
- Propose initiatives to boost sales figures.
- Ensure the quality presentation of the stand and adhere to internal visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the stand, including sales and back-office areas.
- Create attractive product displays and stand animations.
- Contribute to stock management and stand characteristics.
- Participate in inventory management and discrepancy tracking.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively contribute to team dynamics and report challenges to the Stand Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector, preferably with a Bac+2 level education.
- Fluent in French with a preference for proficiency in English.
- Strong general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is advantageous.
- Proven sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Willingness to learn and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a passion for challenges.
- Proficiency with IT tools.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Team spirit and collaborative work ethic.
- Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury sector.
Preferably at least a Bac+2 level education.
