- Optimize the quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales stand to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and address client needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clientele to foster loyalty.

- Conduct CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.

- Perform fragrance consultations, flash make-up, and instant skincare treatments.
- Propose initiatives to boost sales figures.
- Ensure the quality presentation of the stand and adhere to internal visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain general upkeep of the sales and back-office areas.
- Create attractive product displays and stand animations.
- Assist in stock management and stand characteristics.
- Participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively contribute to team dynamics and report difficulties to the Stand Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, ready-to-wear, etc.).
- Proficiency in French, with a preference for fluency in English.
- Strong general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is advantageous.
- Solid sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Desire to learn and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a passion for challenges.
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Client-focused: Establish strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and respond accordingly.
- Team spirit: Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Effective communication tailored to different audiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Preferably at least a Bac+2.
