- Optimize quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales stand to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Update and maintain the customer database.
- Engage new customers with the brand through genuine human interaction.
- Conduct CRM and clienteling activities to develop and retain the customer portfolio.
- Attract customers outside the stand.
- Participate in local actions and commercial animations as a Dior ambassador.
- Perform perfume consultations, flash make-up, and instant skincare.
- Propose ideas to boost sales.
- Ensure the quality presentation of the stand.
- Present products according to internal visual merchandising rules.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the stand, including sales and back-office areas.
- Create attractive product displays and stand animations.
- Contribute to stock management and stand characteristics.
- Participate in inventories and monitor discrepancies.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively participate in team activities.
- Report difficulties to the Stand Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, ready-to-wear, etc.).
- Preferably at least a Bac+2.
- Fluent in French and preferably English.
- Good general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Desire to learn and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a taste for challenges.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Customer-focused: Establish strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and respond accordingly.
- Team spirit: Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Effective communication with diverse audiences.
Minimum 3 years
Preferably at least a Bac+2
