1. Provide optimal customer consultation and ensure an exceptional purchasing experience.
2. Sell products across all three categories: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Implement the D.I.O.R. sales methodology.
5. Schedule appointments with clients.
6. Present merchandise in accordance with Dior guidelines.
7. Conduct promotions and participate in creating in-store animations.
8. Assist with inventory management.

1. Passion for sales and customer consultation.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or consultation roles.
3. Comprehensive knowledge in makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
4. Proven expertise as a skincare specialist.
5. Fluency in German at a native level, with excellent proficiency in French or English.
