1. Achieve sales targets and promote brand image by leading relationships with local and international clients.
2. Sell Dior products and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Educate clients about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising counters in alignment with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the retail/boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
