1. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while promoting the brand image.
2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, adhering to the Dior Selling Ceremony.
3. Educate customers about Dior products to enhance brand knowledge and loyalty.
4. Maintain merchandising displays in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Update displays according to new product launches and planograms.
6. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail or boutique manager.
7. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
9. Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training or university degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
3. Fluency in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficiency in English (minimum B2).
