1. Achieve sales targets and promote the brand image.
2. Sell Dior products and provide exceptional customer service following the Dior Art of Selling.
3. Apply makeup and offer personalized beauty advice.
4. Educate customers about Dior products to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Maintain merchandising counters in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Update product visibility according to launches and planograms.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to management.
8. Perform operational and administrative tasks.
9. Build strong relationships with Retail Store Managers.
10. Foster team spirit and collaboration.
11. Occasionally rotate to different centers within the province.

1. High School diploma or equivalent in beauty.
2. Professional training in Beauty.

3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive with the ability to work autonomously.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, preferably within the beauty and/or luxury industry.

High School diploma or equivalent in beauty.

Temporary contract, 40 hours per week.
