- Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
- Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them at the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Identify and understand customer needs, proposing and demonstrating personalized products.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to monthly counter KPIs.
- Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new ones through genuine human interaction.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting shortages.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the counter and execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Foster good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.
- Previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.
- Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Dutch and preferably proficient in French and English.
- Customer-oriented, building strong relationships and responding to customer needs.
- Result and action-oriented, consistently achieving results even under challenging conditions.
- Team player, building partnerships and collaborating with others to achieve shared objectives.
- Adaptability, resiliently managing setbacks and challenges.
- Embraces new technologies, adopting and learning new technologies with ease.
- Interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Effective communication, understanding the unique needs of different audiences and adjusting communication accordingly.
- Self-development, actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
