1. Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and offering a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
3. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized products, and demonstrate them effectively.
5. Communicate passionately about the brand and products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to monthly counter KPIs.
6. Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new customers through genuine human interaction.
7. Register customer data in the dedicated system and perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
8. Utilize Dior's database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and undertake actions.
9. Apply merchandising guidelines and regularly check stock levels, reporting any shortages.
10. Maintain the overall appearance of the counter and perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
11. Foster good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules.

1. Previous professional experience in retail or service sector, ideally in the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record in excelling in retail results within a luxury retail environment.

1. Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Dutch with proficiency in French and English preferred.
3. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
4. Result and action-oriented with high energy and resilience.
5. Team player with adaptability and interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communicator with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
7. Proficiency in embracing and learning new technologies.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Completion of at least a secondary vocational education or equivalent, with a specialization in cosmetics or retail preferred.

Potential for permanent employment with Parfums Christian Dior upon successful completion of the temporary contract.
