1. Execute in-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a premium experience throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
3. Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them at the counter and through traffic stopping.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, propose personalized products, and demonstrate them.
5. Communicate passionately about the brand and products, achieving retail sales targets and contributing to counter KPIs.
6. Develop sustainable relationships with existing customers and engage new customers through genuine human interaction.
7. Register customer data in the system, ensuring reachability and executing all CRM and clienteling activities.
8. Utilize Dior's database and tools to generate traffic, develop customer loyalty, and take action.
9. Apply merchandising guidelines, regularly check stock levels, and report shortages.
10. Maintain the overall appearance of the counter and perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
11. Foster good relationships with retailers and adhere to company and counter rules, including Dior grooming guidelines.

1. Previous professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record of excelling in retail results and working within a luxury retail environment.

1. Sales and selling skills, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.
3. Customer-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships and respond to customer needs.
4. Result and action-oriented with high energy and consistent results under challenging conditions.
5. Team player with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate with others.
6. Adaptability and resilience in facing setbacks and challenges.
7. Comfortable with diverse groups and effective communication tailored to different audiences.
8. Embraces new technologies and actively seeks self-development opportunities.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferably completed secondary vocational education or equivalent with a specialization in cosmetics or retail.
