1. Ensure operational excellence by overseeing and optimizing order preparation and shipment for B2B and B2C clients globally, maintaining impeccable service levels in a dynamic environment.
2. Lead and innovate by implementing modernization projects in the warehouse, integrating cutting-edge automation technologies such as robotics and AGVs, and preparing for the opening of a new external warehouse dedicated to European clientele in 2027.
3. Develop talent by motivating and nurturing a team of over 250 employees, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing in a demanding and stimulating environment.
4. Guarantee safety and well-being by ensuring the safety of all warehouse personnel through structured and on-the-ground management, with a focus on working conditions.
5. Maintain and innovate technological systems, ensuring the optimal functioning and enhancement of automation systems for maximum efficiency.
6. Optimize processes by continuously analyzing and improving logistics processes from reception to shipment, reducing lead times, maximizing quality, and eliminating low-value tasks.
7. Drive change by successfully managing major transitions, including the opening of the new European warehouse (Delta project).
8. Provide regular reporting on warehouse activity and performance, ensuring complete visibility of operations.

1. Degree from an engineering school or equivalent (Bac +5)
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in managing an automated warehouse or production workshop
3. Experience managing teams of over 100 people
4. Proficiency in warehouse management and control systems (WMS, WCS) and automated technologies (robotics, AGVs)
5. Expertise in logistics ecosystem (transport, customs, supply & distribution planning)
6. Strong results orientation, analytical skills, and rigor
