1. Support the Group Leader and Project Managers in deploying Visual Merchandising activations according to the annual marketing plan in key Travel Retail Europe locations.
2. Consolidate and share VM animation guidelines with teams.
3. Assist field teams during product launches by coordinating and tracking the shipment and installation of POSM.
4. Create launch follow-up presentations and monitor competitors on key themes such as new furniture concepts and VM tools.
5. Support teams by addressing maintenance needs.
6. Update VM databases.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Ideally possess initial experience in Merchandising or Trade Marketing.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Knowledge of other design software like SketchUp is a plus.
5. Dynamic, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ideal candidates will have a foundational experience in the cosmetics and luxury sectors, demonstrating a passion for these industries.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
