1. Define and implement sales strategies for key Southeast Asia markets to achieve sales targets.
2. Analyze monthly sales reports and manage budgets to maximize profitability and ROI.
3. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain Dior's brand image through effective execution of animations and POS activities.
4. Strengthen partnerships with retailers by managing operational matters and exploring new business opportunities.
5. Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring retail and service excellence.
6. Work closely with Counter Managers to optimize manpower allocation and enhance team performance.
7. Collaborate with the training team to ensure continuous skill development of the sales team.

1. At least 5-8 years of experience in retail operations at a supervisory level, managing a team.
2. Proven track record in retail business management.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.

Minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with experience in team management and supervision.
