Parfums Christian Dior Assistant Retail Designer & Trade Marketing

- Utilize scenography and 3D modeling skills to adapt and develop merchandising concepts for podiums and gondolas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance customer experience in event spaces, maximizing impact and visibility in European airports.
- Source materials and validate samples with suppliers.
- Create detailed briefs for decorators in each country, outlining plans, furniture, visual guidelines, materials, and products to be installed.
- Oversee project sites, including production, installation, and after-sales service management with decorators.
- Dispatch orders for testers, visuals, videos, and merchandising elements for event animations.
- Develop planograms based on approved product assortments.
- Monitor animations and conduct photo and video shoots of podiums.
- Collaborate with Travel Retail Europe teams at the Neuilly headquarters, production and logistics unit in Saint Jean de Bray, and field commercial teams.
- Background in spatial design, DCEV, or architecture school.
- Organized, versatile, meticulous, and inventive.
- Passion for designing and optimizing ephemeral retail spaces.
- Experience with SketchUp for space design and modeling podiums or furniture.
- Dynamic, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, previous experience in event space design.
- Interest in retail and marketing.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
