Parfums Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager, Retail Education - Makeup

- Implement and monitor visual merchandising for the Dior House makeup room, including ordering visual merchandising materials and product testers, preparing permanent restocks, and setting up the room.
- Assist in updating training tools by supporting project managers in designing and updating training materials (PowerPoint modules, e-learning modules, video tutorials) related to product launches and existing collections.
- Conduct competitive analysis on makeup trends to enhance training content and coordinate projects with external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the global Retail Education department assistant, three project managers, and internal teams (marketing, studio, brand content).
- Manage budget tracking by entering purchase orders and monitoring all team budget expenditures.
- Contribute to the organization of international seminars by assisting with logistical and administrative arrangements.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +3/4/5) in Business School or University.
- Strong interest in makeup trends, training, retail, and luxury industry.
- Excellent writing skills and creative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and autonomous.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Curious about the latest trends and innovations in the makeup sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
