- Participate in organizing and ensuring the smooth execution of Couture Showrooms, supporting the Retail Merchandiser for Jewelry, Eyewear, Small Leather Goods, and Mitzahs categories.
- Assist in preparing showroom appointments with market analyses, product trends, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to defining purchasing strategies for new collections and creating collection tools such as Masterdata and Launch books.
- Aid in updating sales forecasts to prepare purchasing strategies for new collections.
- Manage product referencing in internal tools like PLUM and Diorinfo.
- Monitor supply and distribution with purchasing and supply chain teams.
- Create product catalogs for collections aimed at markets and central teams.
- Support operational marketing deployment in collaboration with Training, VM, Retail, and Communication 360 teams.
- Contribute to the deployment of collection launch plans and specific animations, including 360 activations with central teams.
- Respond to specific requests from markets or other departments.
- Update monthly performance reports by market across different categories.
- Develop tools and reporting files to consolidate key performance metrics.
- Contribute to the deployment of La Collection Privée perfumes within the Christian Dior Couture network.
- Assist in creating strategic analysis supports for Dior Couture and Dior Parfums.
- Participate in 360 activation plans and follow operational implementation.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent program.
- Autonomous, reactive, structured, and proactive with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Detail-oriented, curious, pragmatic, with a strong synthesis ability.
- Passionate about luxury and fashion, with a keen interest in marketing, merchandising, and purchasing.
- Previous significant experience in retail, merchandising, or marketing with a strong analytical component.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with significant internships or initial experiences in retail, merchandising, or marketing.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent program.
