- Assist in the deployment of 360° services and tools, supporting local markets in implementation, and managing the personalization project for makeup and skincare products.
- Contribute to the development of new service concepts through business and creative brainstorming.
- Participate in defining the communication strategy for services, aiding in the creation of offline and online communication assets.
- Monitor performance metrics, share best practices, and propose strategic improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for the Dior makeup/skincare axis.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a top-tier business school or equivalent program.
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury and/or cosmetics industry, with relevant experience preferred.
- Strong interest in strategic marketing, customer experience, brand image, and innovation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Ideal candidates should have some prior exposure to the luxury or cosmetics industry, although this is not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
