1. Assist in the deployment of services and tools across markets, ensuring local implementation and operational follow-up.
2. Manage the project for product personalization in makeup/skincare in collaboration with key stakeholders.
3. Develop new service concepts through business and creative reflections.
4. Define communication strategies for services and participate in developing offline and online communication assets.
5. Monitor performance, share best practices, and propose improvements.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for the Dior makeup/skincare line.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Passionate about luxury and/or cosmetics with ideally significant experience in these fields.
3. Interest in strategic marketing, customer experience, brand image, and innovation.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and curiosity.
4. Fluent in French and English.

Beginner level experience is required.
