Christian Dior Assistant Product Manager

- Conceptualize, develop, and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan to achieve brand and launch objectives while enhancing brand equity.

- Prepare marketing presentations for BC seminars and collaborate with the training team on global organization.
- Complete monthly marketing performance reports on key franchises.
- Track competitor pricing and conduct market research to stay informed on trends.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure impactful product displays.
- Support trade marketing events and ensure the right product focus.
- Work with Training and Retail teams to inspire confidence in product categories and enhance sales techniques.
- University degree holder
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury products, or high-end consumer goods sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury sectors.
