- Conceptualize, develop, and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan to achieve brand and launch objectives while enhancing brand equity.
- Monitor, review, and analyze launch results, proposing action plans as necessary.
- Manage market assortment and portfolio, tailoring strategies to each market's dynamics.
- Effectively track and manage the marketing budget to align with strategic objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Support marketing initiatives and potential growth opportunities.
- Forecast products and marketing materials, collaborating with supply teams to ensure timely stock fulfillment.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and marketing materials in-country, meeting on-counter dates.
- Manage the internal 'InDior app' for accurate data management.
- Lead the creation of product event packs, integrating launch information for field teams.
- Highlight relevant changes in launch books for category managers and adjust plans accordingly.
- Support Go To Market seminars and Retailer meetings, organizing key assets and activities.
- Prepare marketing presentations for BC seminars and collaborate with the training team on global organization.
- Complete monthly marketing performance reports on key franchises.
- Track competitor pricing and conduct market research to stay informed on trends.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure impactful product displays.
- Support trade marketing events and ensure the right product focus.
- Work with Training and Retail teams to inspire confidence in product categories and enhance sales techniques.
- University degree holder
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury products, or high-end consumer goods sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Analytical skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury sectors.
