1. Coordinate and oversee the deployment of product launch projects in the French market, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E-retail, and Training.
2. Manage the operational aspects (360°) of current semester launches and events.
3. Prepare weekly analytical reports on market performance and competitive landscape within the French perfumery sector.
4. Conduct market, competition, and franchise performance analyses.

1. Completion of a previous 6-month internship in marketing and/or cosmetics.
2. Pursuing a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent, with a BAC +4 or +5 level.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Familiarity with Circana panel software and Power Bi is advantageous.
5. Creativity and innovation.
6. Stakeholder management and critical thinking.
7. Collaboration and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have completed a 6-month internship in marketing or cosmetics and exhibit a strong sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and autonomy.

Pursuing a Master's degree, BAC +4 or +5 level.
