1. Ensure optimal representation across over 1600 retail points.
2. Assist in the implementation of merchandising projects, including database updates and planning.
3. Develop planograms to enhance product presentation.
4. Manage field service operations in collaboration with external partners.
5. Aid in creating merchandising guidelines for new launches.
6. Conduct post-launch merchandising installations and follow-ups.
7. Oversee stock management.
8. Participate in budget tracking for projects.
9. Contribute to sales team training through newsletters and presentations.
10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market best practices.
11. Analyze merchandising campaigns and suggest improvements.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
3. Interest in the luxury perfume and cosmetics retail sector.
4. Passion for beauty and brand image.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
