- Support the Men's Marketing Director in driving the Men's Fragrance strategy to achieve ambitious business targets while safeguarding brand equity.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and share insights on Men's Fragrance sales performance, developing action plans to address challenges or leverage positive trends.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and customer insights for the North American Fragrance market to enhance competitive leadership.
- Cultivate strong relationships with counterparts in HQ/France to ensure alignment and optimization of the global brand strategy, acting as an expert consultant for the US Men's Fragrance Market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the Men's Fragrance Business, including coordinating with Paris Office teams, Media, PR, Influencer teams, Sales and Education teams, and Visual Merchandising.
- Analyze and recommend pricing strategies for Fragrance programs and assist in preparing company price increase recommendations.
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the Beauty & Fragrance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.

Salary range of $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
