- Support the development of strategic full-funnel campaigns for product launches, including budget allocation and creative phasing.
- Serve as a liaison with the headquarters team for plan development, approval, and asset management.
- Manage and optimize daily campaigns across various digital channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators for ongoing campaigns and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee agency management throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Collaborate with local E-Business and Marketing teams on campaign calendars for Fragrance, Make-Up, and Skincare categories.
- Manage creative delivery for traditional channels such as print, OOH, and linear TV.
- Identify emerging trends to inform strategic media decisions.
- Conduct post-campaign reporting with consolidated learnings for cross-functional teams and management.
- Track competitive activity and share insights with local and HQ teams.
- Lead financial operations, including purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and reconciliation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a competitive agency or brand environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous but not required.
- Expertise in deploying and optimizing digital campaigns across various objectives.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills for visual data storytelling.
- Proactive communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a competitive agency or brand environment.
Salary range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD. LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
