1. Conduct market intelligence analysis and reporting, including online business reporting and translating performance into business insights.
2. Lead key campaign postmortem analysis and monitor digital campaign orchestration on platforms like Tmall, Kakao, Douyin, and JD.
3. Monitor beauty industry trends and conduct ad-hoc analysis.
4. Assist in managing brand boutique and digital campaigns on e-Concession platforms to drive awareness and online conversion.
5. Participate in creating e-concession novelty launch campaign guidelines.
6. Support e-concession manager on digital asset and campaign validation.
7. Assist in developing immersive and innovative experiences in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in E-business, e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce.
3. Understanding of luxury brand practices in the Asian digital ecosystem, especially Tmall and JD.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms like Line, KAKAO, Weibo, RED, Douyin, and international apps like Instagram and Facebook.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Passion for data mining.
3. Familiarity with global digital innovation, programmatic, and SEM.
4. Interest in beauty trends.

Beginner level experience required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
