- Track beauty industry trends and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in managing brand boutiques and digital campaigns on e-Concession platforms to enhance awareness and online conversion, focusing primarily on Asian consumers.
- Contribute to the creation of e-Concession novelty launch campaign guidelines, including landing pages and product pages.
- Support the e-Concession manager in digital asset and campaign validation.
- Aid in developing immersive and innovative experiences, and test and learn initiatives in collaboration with agencies and internal teams across marketing, data, and CRM functions.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-business, e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce; prior internship in digital consulting is appreciated.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a passion for data mining.
- Understanding of luxury brand best practices within the Asian digital ecosystem, particularly Tmall and JD, as well as social media platforms like Line, Kakao, Weibo, RED, and Douyin.
- Familiarity with global digital innovation, programmatic advertising, and SEM.
- Interest in beauty trends.
- Native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in both French and English.
Entry-level experience in e-business or digital consulting is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
