1. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and controlling teams to develop demand forecasts for the main category, ensuring an 18-month SKU forecast horizon.
2. Ensure novelty accuracy through analysis based on channel submissions.
3. Consolidate non-sellable forecasts, focusing on samples and miniatures, and analyze demand to ensure forecast stability and control gaps versus budget.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.
5. Prepare and analyze forecast indicators, identifying root causes, potential risks, and corresponding action plans.
6. Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align local demand understanding.

1. University degree required.
2. 3-5 years of experience in demand forecasting within the cosmetics or retail FMCG industry preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers.
2. Strong numerical sense and analytical ability.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
4. Advanced Excel proficiency.
