1. Support the introduction of the CEA programme and Simplifield.
2. Assist in managing events across Heathrow Airport, including engraving, pop-ups, and special activations.
3. Conduct business analysis for trade activities.
4. Enhance business growth in outer and main shops across Heathrow, aligning with key competitors such as Chanel, L'Oréal, and Estée Lauder.
5. Build and maintain relationships with store management and key partners.
6. Assist with point-of-sale training and follow-up on key learnings for retail and training initiatives.
7. Monitor team performance using MyDior statistics monthly.
8. Drive sales by leading and coaching team members to exceed sell-out targets.
9. Coordinate with the Training Manager to deliver workshops for business partners across Heathrow.
10. Support the Counter Manager with onboarding new starters to ensure a smooth induction.
