- Contribute to team management under the leadership of the Counter Manager, fostering team spirit and energy.
- Assist in setting realistic team and individual KPIs.
- Support the coaching and development of team members' skills and knowledge using DIOR tools and training materials.
- Lead by example in all counter activities and rules.
- Recommend recruitment and development strategies for team members, identifying training needs.
- Partner with the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance using KPIs.
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales targets for team members.
- Support the implementation and success of Dior launch plans and store animations.
- Optimize stock levels and sell-through.
- Oversee the counter in the absence of the Counter Manager.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing an unforgettable experience through high service standards.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter and service KPIs.
- Inform customers about the Dior brand and products.
- Coach the team in customer and service-oriented mindset.
- Propose and execute proactive in-store and remote actions to attract visitors, recruit new customers, and develop customer loyalty.
- Co-manage clienteling and CRM activities, effectively using tools.
- Assist in organizing and managing schedules according to team and counter needs.
- Support daily management and administration of the counter.
- Ensure all procedures related to sales, cash register, and stock management are correctly executed.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Ensure operational compliance at the counter, including iPos and checkout.
- Ensure health and safety of teams are managed and in accordance with guidelines.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
- 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
- Experience in luxury retail environments.
- Experience in contributing to and executing well-planned and successful prestigious brand events is a plus.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Digitally savvy.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and rich vocabulary related to the beauty universe.
- Computer and analytical skills.
- Customer management skills.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and spoken English.
- People management skills.
