1. Assist the Counter Manager in leading and managing the team, ensuring a positive team spirit and high energy levels.
2. Contribute to setting realistic team and individual KPIs, and support in coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge using Dior tools and training materials.
3. Act as a role model in all counter activities and rules, and assist in recruitment and development recommendations for team members.
4. Partner with the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance, managing daily commercial activities using performance indicators.
5. Support the implementation and success of Dior launch plans and in-store animations to enhance store performance.
6. Optimize stock levels and oversee the counter in the absence of the Counter Manager.
7. Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing an unforgettable experience through high service standards.
8. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter and service KPIs.
9. Proactively propose and execute in-store and remote actions to attract visitors, recruit new clients, and develop customer loyalty.
10. Assist in organizing and managing schedules according to team and counter activity needs.
11. Ensure all procedures related to sales, cash register, and stock management are correctly executed.
12. Maintain operational compliance and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results in terms of revenue and profitability.
3. Experience in executing prestigious brand events is advantageous.

1. Excellent sales skills and digital proficiency.
2. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and a rich vocabulary related to the beauty universe.
3. Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
4. Customer management skills.
5. Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. People management skills.
