- Assist the Counter Manager in leading and managing the team, ensuring a positive team spirit and high energy levels.
- Contribute to setting realistic team and individual KPIs, and support in coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge using Dior tools and training materials.
- Act as a role model in all counter activities and rules, and assist in recruitment and development recommendations for team members.
- Partner with the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance, managing daily commercial activities using performance indicators.
- Support the implementation and success of Dior launch plans and in-store animations to enhance store performance.
- Optimize stock levels and oversee the counter in the absence of the Counter Manager.
- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing an unforgettable experience through high service standards.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to monthly counter and service KPIs.
- Proactively propose and execute in-store and remote actions to attract visitors, recruit new clients, and develop customer loyalty.
- Assist in organizing and managing schedules according to team and counter activity needs.
- Ensure all procedures related to sales, cash register, and stock management are correctly executed.
- Maintain operational compliance and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standards.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results in terms of revenue and profitability.
- Experience in executing prestigious brand events is advantageous.
- Excellent sales skills and digital proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and a rich vocabulary related to the beauty universe.
- Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
- Customer management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- People management skills.
