1. Manage communication tools between the regional commercial team and country commercial teams.
2. Organize monthly team meetings and 'Commercial Updates.'
3. Monitor Dior distribution and competition with country contacts.
4. Ensure integrity of the European distribution database.
5. Produce analyses and KPIs based on the distribution database.
6. Draft monthly distribution notes.
7. Support budget phase construction.
8. Assist European commercial teams with distribution management tools.
9. Support actions against parallel markets.
10. Weekly monitor e-retail distribution for Dior and competitors.
11. Provide country support on retail tools.
12. Propose and develop tracking reports and presentations.
13. Extract monthly sell-out data from retailer platforms.
14. Maintain performance tracking files for major retailers.
15. Update Power BI reporting for optimal performance visibility.
16. Support commercial team in analytical studies and action plans.
