Parfums Christian Dior European Commercial Coordination Assistant Internship

- Manage communication tools between regional and country commercial teams.
- Organize monthly team meetings and 'Commercial Updates' sessions, including invitations and coordination of materials.
- Monitor Dior's distribution network and competitors' distribution across Europe.
- Ensure the integrity of the European distribution database and produce related analyses and KPIs.
- Draft monthly distribution notes and support budget phases.
- Assist in combating parallel markets through action tracking and country follow-ups.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of e-retail distribution for Dior and competitors, communicating key insights.
- Provide support for the retail tool Simplifield, including audits, creation, and training.
- Prepare presentations for countries, General Management, and Europe.
- Produce analyses for key account teams to aid in negotiations.
- Extract monthly sell-out data from retailer platforms and maintain brand performance tracking files.
- Update Power BI reporting for optimal performance visibility to commercial teams and top management.
- Support commercial teams in conducting analytical studies and defining action plans for the region.
- Enrolled in a Business School program, Bac+4 level.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
No prior experience required.
Currently enrolled in a Business School program, Bac+4 level.
