1. Support the Next Gen Program Manager in developing and implementing the young graduates program.
2. Assist in planning and organizing the selection and integration process for VIE participants.
3. Contribute to the revamping of the VIE program to enhance employee experience and engagement.
4. Coordinate events and create toolkits for regional launches of internal career management programs.
5. Ensure the successful execution of change management initiatives, proposing tools and formats to enhance impact.
6. Collaborate with the Global Career Management Project Manager to plan and organize events and communication campaigns globally.
7. Propose and implement tools for KPI tracking to measure participation and outcomes.
8. Assist in organizing exploratory meetings with internal talents for the Global Annual Organization Review.
9. Support the Head of Organization Design & Career Management in coordinating career meetings and international conferences.
10. Develop dynamic dashboards in Power BI for career management KPI tracking.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources specialization program.
2. Previous experience in HR is preferred.
3. Strong organizational and priority management skills.
4. Demonstrates adaptability and responsiveness.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI proficiency is a plus.
6. Fluent in French and English.
