1. Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products while providing a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Christian Dior products.
6. Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain benefits.
7. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
8. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
9. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
10. Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
11. Complete operational and administrative tasks to the best of ability.
12. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
13. Adhere to all company and store procedures and policies.
14. Build relationships with store management.
15. Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
