- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting for Direct Retail results.
- Analyze weekly performance to identify threats and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Business & Finance Direct Retail dashboards, including P&L analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly performance notes and track Direct Retail KPIs across various channels such as boutiques, spas, and institutes.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and external business reviews.
- Draft weekly performance notes for top management regarding Direct Retail.
- Perform product category assessments.
- Manage operational tools for field reporting to headquarters, including store journaling tools and automated Excel field reporting tools.
- Monitor monthly and annual performance and associated bonuses, as well as quarterly challenges.
- Track individual team KPIs.
- Engage in field immersion days in stores and maintain daily direct contact to support store managers.
- Prepare presentations and notes for top management.
- Participate in various projects aligned with Direct Retail strategy, such as beauty classes and events.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Data Engineering, or Management Control.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst is appreciated.
- Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors is recommended.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Ability to automate Excel files.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and analytical abilities.
