1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting for Direct Retail results.
2. Analyze weekly performance to identify threats and opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain Business & Finance Direct Retail dashboards, including P&L analysis and recommendations.
4. Prepare monthly performance notes and track Direct Retail KPIs across various channels such as boutiques, spas, and institutes.
5. Contribute to the preparation of internal and external business reviews.
6. Draft weekly performance notes for top management regarding Direct Retail.
7. Perform product category assessments.
8. Manage operational tools for field reporting to headquarters, including store journaling tools and automated Excel field reporting tools.
9. Monitor monthly and annual performance and associated bonuses, as well as quarterly challenges.
10. Track individual team KPIs.
11. Engage in field immersion days in stores and maintain daily direct contact to support store managers.
12. Prepare presentations and notes for top management.
13. Participate in various projects aligned with Direct Retail strategy, such as beauty classes and events.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Data Engineering, or Management Control.
2. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is appreciated.
3. Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors is recommended.
