- Drive sales and market share growth in key retail locations within the designated area.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate national animations and bespoke sell-out events.
- Ensure strategic deployment of sales materials.
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Advisor team within the region.
- Collaborate with Sales Advisors to develop sales-enhancing strategies.
- Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain relationships with Brand Ambassadors (MBCs).
- Train and motivate MBCs at the point of sale on products, sales, service, and Dior DNA.
- Advise and manage Dior training pathways for MBCs.
- Ensure planogram implementation according to Dior guidelines, securing additional space and placement of support materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on activities, goal achievement, and sales.
- Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven and analytical approach.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales function, preferably within the luxury or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
