Parfums Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

- Drive sell-out activities at top retail locations.
- Prepare, execute, and evaluate national animations and personalized sell-out events.
- Ensure strategic use of sales materials.
- Plan and manage the deployment of the Sales Advisor team within the region.
- Coordinate sales-boosting initiatives with Sales Advisors.
- Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
- Build strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain relationships with brand ambassadors (MBCs).
- Train and motivate MBCs at the point of sale regarding products, sales, service, and Dior DNA.
- Advise and manage Dior training paths for MBCs.
- Ensure planogram implementation according to Dior guidelines, securing additional space and support materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on activities, target achievement, and sales.
- Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally within the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German with good English proficiency.
- Customer-centric mindset with results-oriented and analytical work approach.
- Empathy, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational talent and networking enthusiasm.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar sales function, preferably in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
