1. Develop and grow sales, market share, and brand equity in the Southeast Asia region.
2. Ensure brand standards are upheld in line with luxury brand image.
3. Drive retail development across offline and online channels.
4. Manage P&L, including preparation, presentation, and monthly reviews.
5. Develop and manage strategic relationships with all accounts.
6. Accelerate retail excellence through digital tools and omnichannel strategies.
7. Collaborate with regional marketing for 360 launch plan execution.
8. Ensure E-Retail strategy compliance with brand guidelines.
9. Manage a team of 7 office members and 70+ retail frontline staff.

1. At least 7-8 years of related experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
2. Strong PR and negotiation skills.
3. Sharp business acumen and sound decision-making abilities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
