Area Sales Manager

- Increase sales and market share in key retail locations.
- Conduct daily sell-out activities at top retail doors.
- Prepare, execute, and evaluate national animations and individual sell-out events.
- Ensure targeted use of sales materials.
- Plan and manage the Sales Advisor team in the region.
- Coordinate sales-boosting measures with Sales Advisors.
- Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
- Build strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Gather market and competitive information.
- Maintain relationships with brand ambassadors (MBCs).
- Train and motivate MBCs at the point of sale on products, sales, service, and Dior DNA.
- Advise and manage Dior training paths for MBCs.
- Ensure implementation of planograms according to Dior guidelines, gain additional space, and place support materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on activities, goal achievement, and sales.
- Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- At least two years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, results-oriented and analytical work approach.
- Empathy, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills, organizational talent, and enjoyment of networking.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
