2. Develop and implement an annual business plan with retailers to maximize sales, leveraging brand authority, product marketing strategies, and promotional calendars.
3. Negotiate favorable brand conditions, including pricing, merchandising, media, incentives, and space allocation.
4. Manage budgets and P&L to ensure optimal profitability through expense optimization and control.
5. Safeguard the brand's image and reputation through diligent business follow-up and execution at points of sale.
6. Lead and inspire a diverse team comprising Retail Managers, Training Managers, Beauty Consultants, Sales Support Assistants, and an Account Developer.
7. Drive performance and monitor key performance indicators through regular business reports.

1. Master’s Degree in Business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, key account management, and marketing.

1. Bilingual proficiency in English and French; additional language skills are advantageous.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Exceptional negotiation skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of business operations with the capability to execute effective field actions.
5. Proven ability to build constructive work relationships across diverse cultures.
6. Proficiency in coaching, motivating, and driving performance in a multicultural sales team.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant roles within the retail industry, with a proven track record in retail management and key account management.

Master’s Degree in Business or a related field.
