1. Manage all counters in the assigned airport area.
2. Achieve sales targets and manage sales activities.
3. Coordinate product management and merchandising.
4. Ensure brand image is respected.
5. Manage and evaluate counter managers (CM) and beauty consultants (BC).
6. Set and follow up on sales targets for counters and individual BCs.
7. Assist in creating materials for monthly counter meetings (MCM).
8. Propose and follow up on special incentive plans.
9. Coordinate promotions and new product launches.
10. Analyze and report sales performance.
11. Ensure sufficient stock levels and provide advice to counters.
12. Monitor competitor activities and report to retail manager (RM).
13. Manage staff schedules and shifts.
14. Support recruitment and training of BCs.

1. Native level Japanese language skills.
2. 5+ years of retail sales experience.
3. 3+ years of store management and team development experience.

Frequent business trips to Kansai/Chubu regions. Flexible work location with potential for Tokyo, Kansai, Chubu, or Kyushu.
