1. Support the daily management of Parfums Christian Dior's digital and social media channels.
2. Assist in managing social partnerships and activities, including content creation, events, and influencer collaborations.
3. Facilitate influencer selection and lifecycle management to enhance community engagement.
4. Oversee seeding and gifting activities to talents, socialites, VIPs, and editors.
5. Monitor influencer activity and media coverage within Italy.
6. Support the execution of PR projects from headquarters to the Italian market.
7. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and reports using tools such as Lefty, DMR, Radarly, and Tribe.
8. Monitor and report on digital environments and main competitors.

1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
2. Previous experience in the beauty industry is advantageous.

1. Digital savvy with a strong technical and data-driven mindset.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent project and time management skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
5. Positive, curious, and outgoing attitude.
6. Proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to the beauty industry.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
