Parfums Christian Dior Administrative Manager for Works Council

- Develop and manage dossiers, assisting commission reporters and members in executing actions aligned with their commission's policies.
- Update files related to various activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Independently manage certain services in collaboration with commission reporters, including communication, technical assistance, registration and payment tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate ticketing orders and participate in meetings related to Works Council activities.
- Research and propose service offers to commission reporters.
- Record activity payments in the Proweb software and prepare expenditure commitments and invoices.
- Manage ticketing and other stock inventories, ensuring proper documentation and verification.
- Respond to employee emails in the Works Council mailbox, coordinating with commission reporters as needed.
- Maintain the Proweb software with daily updates and ensure proper configuration with the internet manager.
- Validate updates to employee profiles in the Works Council management software.
- Hold Works Council office hours as scheduled, interfacing with employees and service providers.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using management software, particularly Proweb.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably within a corporate or luxury environment.
