1. Reconcile sales transactions with external data sources.
2. Ensure accurate recording of sales, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.
3. Verify payments processed through various methods such as credit cards and PayPal.
4. Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
5. Identify and report discrepancies within deadlines.
6. Challenge disputes with credit card companies.
7. Process journal entries for fees using SAP and AX Microsoft Dynamics.
8. Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources and platforms.
9. Produce monthly chargeback reports for senior management.
10. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for e-commerce KPIs.
11. Journal credit card fees using merchant reports.
12. Collaborate with customer service to raise credits as needed.
13. Clear reconciled items from ERP systems for month-end.
14. Log chargebacks on external platforms.
15. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve unreconciled items.
16. Perform additional ad hoc accounts receivable duties.
