Christian Dior Accounts Receivable Analyst

1. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments of shipments.
2. Follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email.
3. Research and collect chargebacks related to shortages, pricing, discounts, and discrepancies.
4. Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments.
5. Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to management.
6. Send proofs of delivery for invoices/shipments claimed as non-receipt.
7. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Management on collection-related inquiries.
8. Prepare reports on credit and collection activities.
9. Monitor chargebacks related to outbound shipping and merchandise expenses.
10. Follow up on EDI related chargebacks and pursue collection of invalid claims.
11. Interact with Operations, EDI, Customer Management, and Sales to resolve chargeback issues.
12. Seek Sales approval for write-offs or credit issuance for open claims.
13. Maintain low balances on unknown claims by obtaining claim copies.
14. Perform chargeback code changes accurately and timely.
15. Maintain positive customer relationships for successful settlement negotiations.
16. Notify management of issues affecting claim balances.
17. Perform additional tasks as required by management.

1. 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in the retail industry preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.
4. Capability to work independently.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the retail industry.

$33.00 - $40.00 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.

Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in East Brunswick, NJ.
